Our items are handmade and each piece will vary slightly. Wood, woodgrain, and cork are natural materials. While made with natural materials, our products are not waterproof. Wipe with a damp cloth and do not immerse in water.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent via email when orders are shipped. 

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), it may be returned for a refund less any shipping fees incurred. The product(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date it was shipped and in salable condition.
